Union calls Stelco layoff rationale ‘disingenuous and contradictory’

Stelco Holdings Inc.'s U.S. parent company is being “disingenuous and contradictory” by blaming its planned layoff of up to 500 workers on the trade war, the steelworkers' union said Thursday.
