An undercover Quebec provincial police officer was inside a Laval, Que., Starbucks trailing the organized crime figure who was fatally shot there Wednesday, Radio-Canada has learned. Charalambos Theologou, also known as "Bobby the Greek," was shot so quickly that all teams involved
