Saskatchewan Roughriders receiver Picton announces his CFL retirement

REGINA — Mitch Picton is calling it a career.
The Saskatchewan Roughriders receiver announced his retirement Friday. The 30-year-old Regina native played nine seasons with the CFL club.
Picton will go out as a champion, having helped the Riders down Montreal 25-17
