Peel police could not have prevented teen’s fatal fall in mall parking garage: SIU

MISSISSAUGA — Ontario's police watchdog says it is no longer investigating the self-inflicted death of an 18-year-old man in Mississauga last year after determining there was no way officers could have intervened.
The Special Investigations Unit was called to investigate
