TORONTO — Ontario's integrity commissioner has launched an investigation into Labour Minister David Piccini over the provincial Skills Development Fund.
Both the provincial New Democrats and Liberals asked integrity commissioner Cathryn Motherwell to investigate Piccini, alleging he has breached ethics rules
