Ontario Amber Alert cancelled after one-year-old girl found safe

An Amber Alert issued for a one-year-old girl northwest of Toronto has been cancelled after she was found safe, though the suspect remains at large.
The alert was requested by Peel Regional Police for the girl, who had been last seen
