Oilers’ Draisaitl will be NHL’s highest-paid player in history when 8-year, $112M US extension kicks in | CBC News

The Edmonton Oilers have signed star centre Leon Draisaitl to an eight-year, $112 million US contract extension, the club announced Tuesday.The contract has an average annual value of $14 million US making it the highest in NHL history. Toronto Maple Leafs
