Man shot and killed by police officer in Niagara Falls, Ont., SIU says

Ontario's police watchdog is investigating after an officer fatally shot a man in Niagara Falls on Wednesday morning.
The Special Investigations Unit says the shooting happened around 11:15 a.m. in the area of Stanley Avenue and Peer Street.
