Judge hammers Ottawa cops for lying under oath, misleading court in searing decision

A Superior Court judge has found that Ottawa police drug squad officers went ahead with an arrest last year when they knew they didn't have grounds, and that one of them deliberately lied in court to make it seem like they did.
