Israel says Hamas dispute holding up ceasefire approval; U.S. says deal will go ahead

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Thursday a last-minute dispute with Hamas was holding up Israeli approval of a long-awaited ceasefire, though U.S. officials said it was going ahead as planned.
