Edmonton shuts down building where security guard was shot, citing ‘serious safety concerns’

A little more than two weeks after 20-year-old Harshandeep Singh was killed in a shooting while working as a security guard in a central Edmonton apartment building, the city is shutting the property down under an emergency order.
