Edmonton police sergeant demoted for crude, sexualized remarks against gay subordinates

Following a disciplinary proceeding, the Edmonton Police ServiceÂ has detailed the sanctions against Ken Smith. Now demoted to constable, Smith was found to have engaged in insubordination and discreditable conduct.
