Crisis workers set to be deployed to some Toronto subway platforms in November

TORONTO — The City of Toronto says crisis workers will be deployed to some subway platforms as part of a pilot project starting in November.
It says Toronto Community Crisis Service teams will be stationed round-the-clock at Spadina, Union and Bloor-Yonge
