CIBC names Culham to replace retiring CEO Dodig, who successfully diversified bank

TORONTO — CIBC president and chief executive Victor Dodig will retire this fall, leaving behind a bank stronger than the one he inherited, when he took on the post about a decade ago.
The Toronto-based bank announced a succession plan Thursday
