After ‘burial features’ detected on McIntosh residential school grounds, researchers help families get closure

Researchers say they detected over 100 âunmarked burial featuresâ on the former McIntosh Indian Residential School site in northwestern Ontario, despite only being able to search some of the areas recommended by survivors. Now, the research team is working to help victims' families get closure.
