AFN leader questions if Tories would top $47.8B child welfare reform offer, urges chiefs to back it | CBC News

The head of the Assembly of First Nations is urging chiefs to endorse a multibillion-dollar child welfare reform agreement to get the program in place before the next election, questioning whether a Conservative government would top it.
