Edmonton police commission chair quits, admits working from Portugal would be ‘unwelcome distraction’

John McDougall announced last week that he is retiring to Portugal, but planmed to finish the remaining two years of his commission term from overseas. On Tuesday, he said that after "much reflection," he has decided to quit the commission.
