Former Durham cop accused of sexual assault faces new charge: Ontario watchdog

Ontario's police watchdog says a former Durham police officer has been charged in a second historic sexual assault.
The Special Investigations Unit says the latest sexual assault charge relates to alleged conduct between May 1999 and December 2009.
