Pentagon procurement post reveals Canada quietly locked into HIMARS deal

The Pentagon announced this week that it has secured a $1.1-billion contract with U.S. defence giant Lockheed Martin to manufacture M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS) for several allied countries including Canada.The notice was posted Wednesday by the U.S.
