Chartwell to sell retirement home in Waterloo, Ont., in deal with Competition Bureau

GATINEAU — The Competition Bureau has reached an agreement with Chartwell Master Care LP regarding its plan to buy six retirement homes from Sifton Properties Ltd. in Ontario.
