Two men face charges for allegedly recruiting women to smuggle cannabis out of Canada

TORONTO — Canada Border Services Agency says a drug smuggling investigation has led to the arrests of two suspects who allegedly used online advertisements to recruit women to smuggle cannabis out of Toronto Pearson International Airport.
