RCMP regional commander charged with assault, choking while off duty in B.C.

RCMP Assistant Commissioner David Teboul has been charged with three counts of assault, according to the B.C Prosecution Service (BCPS).The service says the alleged offences occurred on July 2 while Teboul, the federal policing regional commander for the Pacific Region, was off duty in Abbotsford,
