Five provinces are increasing their minimum wage today to support workers amid affordability issues.The hikes will apply to Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.The provinces have tied their increases to Canada's steadily growing consumer price index, which
