Coke Canada Bottling terminates worker injured on the job, says keeping him would be too hard on the company

Coke Canada Bottling cited a legal principle that says keeping him employed would cause the company “undue hardship.” A labour expert says the legal argument is difficult to prove, especially with a company of that size.
