Campaign against North Vancouver chlorine plant was secretly funded by competing company | CBC News

A seemingly grassroots campaign targeting a North Vancouver chemical plant was funded by one of its competitors. A CBC News and Investigative Journalism Foundation investigation traced the Keep North Vancouver Safe campaign targeting chlorine producer Chemtrade to a Toronto-based company called K2 Pure Solutions — a chemical company whose stated goal is to eliminate the need for chlorine transport.
